To complete the examination form, students will be required:
- Enrollment/Roll Number
- Registration Number
- Student’s Name as provided in Application/Admission Form
- Date of Birth (D.O.B) in DD/MM/YYYY format
Step To Fill The Examination For :
1. Collect Exam Form From Authorized Centre
2. After Paid Rs. 1200/- Examination Form Fee
3. Fill Examination Form
4. Attach all Required Document which is asked on form
Like: Current Photograph, Signature etc.
